THIS IS REALLY IT!

Hello Family & Friends,

We are writing to you today with some wonderful news. After 2 and a half long years, we did it!!!!

WE’RE PREGNANT!!

Our wonderful bundle of joy(s) is/are due to arrive around July 28^th 2011.

Because we were going through fertility treatments we have a good possibility of having Twins (50% chance) we will find out for sure on December 11^th via ultrasound! (Pictures and possible video to come after that date!)

There are no words to explain how beyond excited we are, and we can not wait to share the experience with you. We have started a family website with minute by minute up to date information, including ultrasound pictures & video, pregnancy pictures, and baby & family progress. The website will be available to you by the end of the 27^th.

WERE PREGNANT!!!

IUI #2 worked!! We are over the moon!!! We still cant believe that it happened!!!! God is GREAT!!! I had tested the night of the 17th and i swore i could see i line but my wonderful husband said "no your crazy there is NO line"! Well i took 5 more and the same line was on ALL of them! The next morning (the 18th) i took another test and the line was just a little bit darker BUT WAS SO THERE! So he left for work and i called th Dr. the nurse had me go in for a blood test and 20 MINUTES LATER she called and said "Is this Carissa" I said "yup" and she said "YOUR VERY PREGNANT CARISSA CONGRATS"!!! Well i lost it!!! I could NOT believe it. She then told me that my HCG level was "91"!!! The average for how far along i am is 30-45 SO she said it is either a VERY strong pregnancy or it is TWINS!!!!! I had all these plans for how i was going to tell my husband but i was just too excited so i just called him and drove to his work!!!! WE ARE SO EXCITED! After 2 1/2 years of trying we are FINALLY PREGNANT!!! I go back in tomorrow for another HCG check and if all is well then we will go in for our first ultrasound on the 11th or 12th of December!!!!!!
